Returns & Exchange Policies

Please read our entire policy below. All customers confirmed they have read our policy before being able to make a purchase by "checking" they have read our terms and conditions.
Returns
- Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must remain sealed in its original plastic packaging. Once the plastic has been opened, the order may not be returned.
- Every return has a 20% restocking fee as we make them to each order.
- Non-returnable items: Gift cards
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.
- We must be provided with a tracking number on all return orders. This is to confirm the customer has shipped the order back to us. It will also benefit the customer as they will see when it has been delivered to us.
- If the order has been returned to us and does not qualify for return due to any reason above we will not process a return and will ship the order back to the customer once funds for shipping are sent to us.
- Please note Street Aero does not reimburse any return shipping fees, unless the item is deemed defective. Return items from orders that received “Free Shipping” are subject to a shipping charge assessment of the “actual” shipping cost of the original order.
Canceling an Order
- Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours to receive a full refund, any order cancelled after 24 hours will have a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
- Any large sale items are not eligible for returns (Anytime a discount of 30%+ is used).
Exchanges (if applicable)
-We only accept exchanges if the item has been unused and the box has not been opened.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
