How to measure
- ASplitter width
- Side to side at the widest point.
- BSplitter depth
- Front edge to back edge, down the centre.
- CBumper width
- Side to side across the bottom of the bumper.
- DBumper depth
- Front of the bumper to the back of its underside, down the centre.
A splitter should come out bigger than the bumper both ways — A more than C, and B more than D. We only count it as bigger by 1/8 in or more, to allow for tape-measure error.
Sizes are the finished panel, measured flat. Width runs side to side, depth front to back. Every outline is anchored bottom-centre — the back edge on the line, centred side to side — so the shapes compare directly.
