Street Aero offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

SECTION 21 - PRODUCT FITMENT, INSTALLATION & CUSTOM ORDERS
Please review all product information and fitment requirements carefully before purchasing or installing a Street Aero product.
Our vehicle-specific products are designed and developed using the applicable vehicle and configuration available to Street Aero during product development. Vehicle modifications, aftermarket components, body modifications, or differences from the vehicle used during development may affect fitment.
Product Fitment
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, Street Aero products are designed for stock/unmodified vehicle applications.
Street Aero cannot guarantee fitment when a vehicle has been modified or equipped with aftermarket components that may affect the mounting location, dimensions, body shape, or installation of the product.
This may include, but is not limited to:
Aftermarket front or rear bumpers
Aftermarket side skirts
Body kits
Widebody components
Modified body panels
Previously repaired or replaced body panels
Other aftermarket components or modifications that affect the area where the Street Aero product is installed
A product should only be considered compatible with an aftermarket component or modified application when that compatibility is specifically stated by Street Aero.
Verify Compatibility Before Ordering
The purchaser is responsible for determining whether a product is compatible with their specific vehicle and configuration before purchasing.
Please carefully review the product title, vehicle year range, model, trim, bumper/body style, product description, photos, and any other fitment information provided on the product listing.
If you are unsure whether a product will fit your vehicle, contact Street Aero before placing your order so we can help review the application.
Do not assume compatibility based solely on a similar vehicle, year, model, bumper, or appearance.
Inspect & Test-Fit Before Installation
Customers must inspect and verify their product before installation or modification.
Before fully unpacking, drilling, modifying, or installing the product:
Confirm that you received the product you ordered.
Inspect the product for any visible damage or issues.
Confirm the product appears appropriate for your vehicle/application.
Measure or test-fit the product where possible.
Keep the product protected by its foam packaging during inspection and measurement whenever possible.
Handle aero material by the edges rather than the face.
Do not place objects on top of the material.
Do not slide tools, hardware, other parts, or objects across the face of the material.
Our aero material can scratch easily. Once a product has been installed, drilled, altered, damaged, improperly handled, or otherwise made non-resellable, its return eligibility may be affected.
Side Splitter Size Verification
Side splitters are easily measurable and should be checked before fully unpacking or installing them.
While the side splitters are still positioned on their protective packaging pad, measure their overall length.
Then measure the applicable side of the vehicle where the side splitters will be installed.
The side splitter on the pad should correspond to the required length on the vehicle. This quick measurement allows customers to identify an obvious sizing issue before removing the protective packaging or modifying the product.
If the measurement appears incorrect, stop and contact Street Aero before proceeding with installation.
Installation
Street Aero products must be installed correctly and securely.
Installation requirements vary by product and vehicle. Customers are responsible for reviewing and following any applicable installation instructions, guides, hardware requirements, or other information provided with the product.
If you are unsure how a product should be installed, contact Street Aero before proceeding or seek assistance from a qualified installer.
Do not continue with an installation if the product appears incorrect, incompatible, damaged, or improperly sized.
Professional Installation Recommended
Street Aero recommends professional installation of all aero products.
Proper installation methods may vary depending on the vehicle, product, application, vehicle modifications, and mounting surface.
Street Aero cannot physically inspect or verify the installation of a product after it is installed on a customer's vehicle. It is therefore the responsibility of the customer and/or installer to determine whether the product has been properly and securely mounted before the vehicle is driven.
The decision to operate or drive a vehicle with a Street Aero product installed is ultimately at the customer's discretion and responsibility.
Street Aero is not responsible for a product coming loose, detaching, or separating from a vehicle—or for resulting damage—when the product was not properly mounted or securely fastened.
Front Splitter Supports
Customers frequently ask whether additional supports should be used with a front splitter and how a splitter should be properly secured.
Because every vehicle and application is different, Street Aero does not supply universal support rods or additional support brackets for front splitters.
Different vehicles and installations may require different mounting locations, brackets, support rods, hardware, tools, or installation methods. A universal support system cannot account for every application.

Customers and/or their professional installer are responsible for determining the appropriate mounting and support method for their specific vehicle and application.
Customer Responsibility for Hardware
The customer and/or installer is responsible for verifying that all mounting hardware is properly installed, tightened, and securely fastened before operating the vehicle.
This responsibility applies even when a product is delivered partially assembled by Street Aero.
Partial assembly performed by Street Aero does not eliminate the customer's responsibility to inspect the product, hardware, brackets, fasteners, and final installation before driving the vehicle.
Street Aero cannot verify the continued security of hardware or mounting points after the product has been shipped, handled, installed, or used on a vehicle.
3D-Printed Breakaway Brackets
Certain Street Aero products use 3D-printed brackets intentionally designed to act as a breakaway point.
The use of these brackets is intentional. In the event of an impact, the bracket is designed to be a more easily replaceable failure point rather than transferring as much force into the vehicle's bumper or body.
A broken fin or bracket is generally significantly easier and less expensive to replace than a damaged bumper or other vehicle body component.
Because of this design purpose, a 3D-printed bracket breaking during an impact does not by itself indicate a product or manufacturing defect.
Customers should not replace these components with substantially stronger or more rigid mounting components without understanding that doing so may change how impact forces are transferred to the product or vehicle.
Improper Installation
Street Aero is not responsible for damage, loss, or other issues resulting from improper installation, incorrect use, failure to properly secure a product, or modification of the product or vehicle.
The purchaser/installer is responsible for ensuring that the product is properly positioned, mounted, tightened, and secured before the vehicle is driven.
Products should be periodically inspected after installation to ensure mounting hardware and components remain properly secured.
Installation & Related Costs
Street Aero is not responsible for labor or installation charges associated with installing, removing, adjusting, repairing, replacing, or reinstalling a product.
This applies even if a product ultimately needs to be returned, exchanged, replaced, or otherwise addressed.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the correct product was received and that fitment appears appropriate before paying for installation or modifying the product.
Street Aero is also not responsible for costs or losses associated with:
Vehicle transportation or towing
Storage
Rental vehicles
Installation or removal labor
Lost use of the vehicle
Property damage
Personal injury
Incidental or consequential damages or expenses resulting from installation, use, removal, incompatibility, or improper installation of a product
If You Believe You Received the Wrong Product
If you believe Street Aero sent you the wrong item, stop before installing or modifying it and contact us at info@streetaero.com.
Please provide your order information and photos of the product received so Street Aero can verify the item.
If Street Aero confirms that an incorrect product was shipped, we will arrange the appropriate return shipping and replacement at Street Aero's expense.
However, the product must still be kept in resellable condition.
Receiving an incorrect item does not mean the product may be installed, drilled, modified, scratched, damaged, or returned without adequate protection.
Street Aero will provide specific repacking instructions when applicable. Those instructions must be followed so the product is protected during return transit.
If an incorrectly shipped product is damaged after delivery because of installation, modification, improper handling, or failure to follow the provided return-packing instructions, Street Aero may apply an appropriate deduction for the resulting damage or loss of value.
Custom Text & Engraving
All custom text and engraving orders are final sale and become non-refundable immediately after payment is submitted.
Custom engraving is completed EXACTLY as the text is entered on your order.
Custom text is case-sensitive. Any symbols you want included must also be entered as part of the requested engraving.
For example, if you are entering a social media handle and want the @ symbol engraved, you must include the @ symbol when submitting the custom text.
Please triple-check all spelling, capitalization, symbols, and requested text before completing your purchase.
Emojis in Custom Engraving
Emojis are not recommended due to the laser engraving process.
The way an emoji appears on a phone, computer, or other device may not translate as expected through the engraving process.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted because an emoji does not engrave or appear as the customer expected.
Custom Order Production
Any product containing custom text or engraving must be manufactured from scratch specifically for that order.
An already-manufactured standard product cannot be taken from built inventory and used to fulfill a custom engraving order.
Please allow approximately 10–15 business days for custom products to be manufactured, assembled, inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
The custom order becomes final and non-refundable when payment is submitted, not when engraving or manufacturing begins.
Replacement & Miscellaneous Parts
Replacement parts, individual components, fins, winglets, brackets, hardware, and other miscellaneous parts are not automatically considered custom products or final sale.
Unless another specific final-sale restriction applies, these products may qualify for return or exchange under Street Aero's Returns,
Exchanges & Refunds Policy, provided they meet all applicable return requirements and remain in resellable condition.
Replacement parts are available through the replacement-parts link on the applicable product page. All diffuser brackets are engraved with their part number so customers can identify and order the correct replacement.
