At Street Aero, we prioritize quality craftsmanship and reliable delivery. Below is important information regarding our shipping process and related policies.


Please note that we manufacture all of our aero products in-house. If your order does not ship within 1–2 business days of purchase, it means it is currently in production and will be shipped as soon as it is completed.


Business days refer to days when our production team is operating and do not include the day the order is placed.

 

If your order contains more than 1 item, please expect to receive multiple shipments. All items will ship as they become available.

 

 

Shipping Lead Times

 



In-Stock Items (Items currently in our built inventory): 

 

  • Ship within 1–2 business days after processing (excluding weekends and holidays).


 

Items that need to be manufactured (Items not in our current built inventory):

 

  • Ship within 10–15 business days once production begins.

 



Manufactured-to-Order Items (Custom items): 

 

  • Require 10–15 business days for production, assembly, packaging, and shipping.

 

 

Out-of-Stock Aero (Must order by email and are pick up ONLY due to size):

 

  • In rare cases, technical issues with manufacturing equipment may cause delays. Customers will be notified of significant delays.



 

Seasonal Delays:

 

  • During high-demand periods (e.g., Black Friday Sale, Christmas Sale), production time may extend to 10–20 business days for some products.

Tracking Information:

 

  • Provided via email once your order is shipped.

 

 

Carrier Selection

 

  • Orders ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on availability and customer needs.

 

  • Large items (e.g., aero products) cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

 

  • Shipping methods and carriers are selected at Street Aero’s discretion to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

 

 

Free Shipping

 

  • Offered for orders shipped to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

 

  • Excludes shipments to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and international locations.

 

  • All aero products are shipped individually due to size restrictions and safety of the item.

 

 

International Shipping

 

  • International shipping is available to select countries.

 

  • Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are prepaid at checkout. No additional charges are required upon delivery.

Billing Address Verification

 

  • Orders shipped to an address different from the billing address may require cardholder verification if flagged by our fraud detection system.
