Shipping & Production
At Street Aero, we believe in spending the time necessary to develop and manufacture quality products. We design, develop, and manufacture our aero products in-house at our facility. All aero is thoroughly inspected and hand-packaged to help ensure a safe delivery.
Product Availability
A product being available for purchase on our website does not mean that it is currently built and in stock.
Products available for purchase on our website are products that Street Aero currently has the means to manufacture. Some products may already be manufactured and available in our built inventory, while others will need to be manufactured after an order is placed.
Built Inventory
Items that are already manufactured and available in our built inventory will typically ship within 1–2 business days after the order is processed.
If an item does not ship within the 1–2 business-day built-inventory window, it is considered made-to-order and will be shipped as soon as it has completed our manufacturing process.
Made-To-Order Products
Items that are not currently available in our built inventory are manufactured as needed.
When our production schedule is operating at normal volume and is not backed up, made-to-order products are generally estimated to be manufactured and shipped within 5–7 business days.
When our production schedule is backed up or order volume is higher, please allow approximately 10–15 business days for made-to-order products to be cut, assembled, inspected, packaged, and shipped.
Production times vary depending on our current manufacturing schedule. No production or ship date can be guaranteed. All made-to-order products will be shipped as soon as our manufacturing schedule permits and the product has completed production.
Custom Text Orders
Any order containing custom text or engraving is automatically made-to-order and must be manufactured from scratch specifically for that order. This applies even if the standard version of the product is currently available in our built inventory, as an already-manufactured product cannot be taken from inventory and used to fulfill a custom engraving order.
Please allow approximately 10–15 business days for custom products to be manufactured, assembled, inspected, packaged, and shipped.
All custom text and engraving orders are final sale and become non-refundable immediately after payment is submitted.
Custom engraving is completed EXACTLY as the text is entered on your order. Text is case-sensitive, and any symbols you would like engraved must be included when entering your custom text. For example, if you would like an @ symbol included for a social media handle, the @ must be entered with the requested text.
Emojis are not recommended due to the laser engraving process. Returns or refunds will not be accepted if an emoji does not engrave as expected.
Please triple-check all spelling, capitalization, symbols, and custom text before submitting your order.
How Business Days Are Calculated
Business days refer to days when our production team is operating.
The day your order is placed does not count as Day 1. Production lead times begin on the next operating business day following your purchase.
Weekends, holidays, and other days when our production team is not operating are not included when calculating production lead times.
For example, if an order is placed on Friday and our production team is next operating on Monday, Monday is Day 1.
Peak Season & High-Volume Periods
During high-demand periods, including sales and holidays such as Black Friday and Christmas, manufacturing times may extend to approximately 10–20 business days for some products.
November through January is typically our busiest time of year.
If an item is intended to be a Christmas gift, we strongly recommend placing the order before Black Friday to allow as much time as possible for manufacturing and delivery.
Potential Manufacturing Delays
Because Street Aero manufactures our aero products in-house, there may be rare instances where manufacturing equipment encounters unexpected technical issues.
Equipment issues may cause delays to our manufacturing schedule and production process. Customers will be notified of significant delays when applicable.
Production lead times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Front Splitters Requiring Custom Packaging
Certain front splitters require a custom-sized shipping box and packaging due to their dimensions. When custom packaging is required, this will be noted in the product description.
These orders may require additional time before shipment because the custom packaging requires a change to our normal production/packaging process.
Street Aero does not maintain all custom packaging sizes in regular inventory. Custom packaging is ordered from our supplier as orders requiring that packaging are received.
As a result, shipment of these products may also depend on the time required for Street Aero to receive the necessary custom packaging from our supplier.
Please take this additional processing time into consideration when ordering a front splitter that is identified as requiring custom packaging.
Multiple-Item Orders & Separate Shipments
Due to their size and to help protect the products during shipment, aero products are shipped individually.
If an order contains more than one aero product, please expect the products to ship separately as they become available. This means one order may arrive in multiple boxes and may receive multiple tracking numbers.
In certain cases, side splitters under 72 inches may be shipped in the same package as a front splitter when the dimensions and specific vehicle application allow both products to be packaged safely together.
Products will ship as they become available and will not be held solely for the remaining products on a multi-item order to be completed.
Because individual products may ship at different times, separate packages from the same order may also be delivered at different times.
Oversized / Local Pickup-Only Aero
Certain aero products are too large for the shipping boxes available to Street Aero and would be considered freight due to their size.
Street Aero does have the means to manufacture these products; however, we are unable to ship them using our standard shipping methods because we do not have packaging large enough to safely ship them without freight service.
Because Street Aero does not currently offer freight shipping for these products, they will appear as “Out of Stock” on our website and cannot be purchased directly through the website.
Customers interested in these products may contact Street Aero directly to place an order and arrange local pickup.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided by email once an item has been completed, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
For orders containing multiple products that ship separately, tracking information will be provided as each individual shipment becomes available.
Please note that production lead times and carrier transit times are separate. The production timeframes listed above refer to the amount of time required for Street Aero to manufacture and prepare an order for shipment and do not represent the carrier's estimated delivery time after the package leaves our facility.
Need Your Order by a Specific Date?
If you need an item by a specific date—for example, for a car show, event, birthday, Christmas, or another gift—please include the requested date in the notes section of your order.
We will do our best to accommodate requested dates when our manufacturing schedule permits; however, production, shipping, and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
During our busiest season, particularly November through January, additional production time should be expected. Christmas gifts should ideally be ordered before Black Friday.
Delivery
This policy covers Street Aero's shipping methods and delivery terms once an order is prepared for shipment. Production and manufacturing lead times are covered separately under our Shipping & Production Policy.
Free Shipping — Contiguous United States
Street Aero currently offers free standard shipping to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
Shipping is not actually free for Street Aero to provide. The cost of standard shipping is included as part of our product pricing. At checkout, you may see the calculated shipping amount displayed and crossed out to show the shipping cost you are saving.
Free shipping does not apply to:
Alaska or Hawaii
U.S. territories
APO/FPO addresses
International orders
Any shipment or service specifically requiring additional carrier charges
Shipping Carriers
Street Aero currently ships using FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
The carrier used for an order is selected by Street Aero based on the package, destination, carrier availability, and current shipping rates.
Customers cannot guarantee or require that an order be shipped using a particular carrier. Street Aero reserves the right to select or change the carrier used for a shipment when necessary.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order.
Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may result in delays and additional carrier charges.
If an address correction is required after a shipment has been processed or given to the carrier, any address-correction fees charged by the carrier are the customer's responsibility.
P.O. Boxes
Aero products cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
A physical delivery address must be provided for aero shipments.
If a P.O. box is entered for an order containing an aero product, Street Aero may contact the customer for an alternate physical address before the order can be shipped.
APO/FPO Addresses
Shipping availability to APO/FPO addresses depends on the product, package dimensions, and carrier restrictions.
Due to their size, some of our larger aero products—particularly front splitters and side splitters—may not be eligible for delivery to APO/FPO addresses through the available carriers.
Smaller products and packages, such as certain rear diffusers, steering wheels, or shift knobs, may be eligible.
Free shipping does not apply to APO/FPO orders because the cost to ship these packages may be significantly higher than our standard domestic shipping costs.
If you would like to place an order for an APO/FPO address, please contact Street Aero with your complete shipping address and the product you would like to purchase. We can check the available shipping options and determine whether the product can be shipped to your address.
Additional Carrier Charges
Standard shipping does not include special or additional delivery services.
The customer is responsible for additional fees charged by the carrier for services or circumstances outside of standard delivery, including, when applicable:
Address corrections
Limited-access delivery
Inside delivery
Redelivery
Missed delivery appointments
Signature confirmation
Other special delivery services requested by or required for the recipient
If Street Aero is charged an additional carrier fee resulting from the customer's address, delivery requirements, requested services, or failure to receive a shipment as scheduled, the customer may be responsible for that charge.
Multiple Packages & Tracking
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages and may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Aero products are generally shipped individually due to their size and to help protect them during transit. In limited cases, side splitters under 72 inches may be packaged with a front splitter when the product combination can be shipped safely together.
Products ship as they become available, so packages belonging to the same order may be shipped and delivered on different days.
Tracking information will be sent by email as each shipment is prepared.
Missing Items or Hardware
If you believe hardware or another small component is missing from your shipment, please thoroughly check the packaging before contacting Street Aero.
Hardware is intentionally secured within the shipment to prevent it from moving around or damaging the aero product during transit.
Depending on the product and packaging, hardware is commonly located:
Behind the shipping label, inside the shipment
Inside a small brown box with a blue hardware sticker
Taped directly to the packaging pad next to the product
These areas can be easy to overlook when unpacking.
Street Aero photographs the contents and placement of hardware secured inside the shipment before it leaves our facility. These photos allow us to verify what was included and where the hardware was located when the package was shipped.
If you still cannot locate the hardware after checking these areas, contact Street Aero with your order number. We will review the shipment photos to verify what was included and assist you from there.
Carrier Transit & Delivery Times
Any estimated carrier delivery date or transit time begins after the carrier receives the shipment and is separate from Street
Aero's manufacturing and production lead time.
Carrier delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed by Street Aero.
Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, service interruptions, transportation issues, or other circumstances outside Street Aero's control may affect the estimated delivery date.
If you need an order by a particular date, please include the requested date in your order notes. Street Aero will do its best to accommodate requested dates, but neither production nor carrier delivery dates can be guaranteed.
International Shipping
Street Aero ships internationally to select countries.
Available international destinations may be shown during checkout. If your country is not currently available, you may contact Street
Aero with the product you would like to order and your complete delivery address. We can review the shipment and determine whether shipping to your location is possible.
International shipments are scheduled for carrier pickup as orders become ready.
International Shipping Costs, Duties & Customs
For international orders, applicable shipping costs, duties, customs charges, and brokerage fees are prepaid/calculated at checkout.
These charges are collected in advance so the customer should not normally owe additional duties, customs, or brokerage charges upon delivery.
International customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping and customs information when placing an order.
Customs processing and clearance may affect the final delivery date and are outside Street Aero's direct control.
Delivery & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided for their shipment and making appropriate arrangements to receive their package.
Once tracking shows that a package has been successfully delivered to the address provided on the order, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Street Aero is not responsible for theft that occurs after a carrier has successfully delivered a package to the provided address.
When available, Street Aero may use carrier tracking records, proof-of-delivery information, and/or a delivery photo to verify delivery.
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, contact Street Aero so we can review the available carrier information and determine the appropriate next steps.

Refused Shipments
Customers should not refuse a shipment unless specifically instructed by Street Aero or there is a documented reason involving shipment damage.
A shipment refused for reasons other than documented damage will be treated as a return and will be subject to the applicable return requirements, shipping deductions, and restocking fee.
Oversized Products
Certain products manufactured by Street Aero are too large to ship using our standard parcel shipping methods.
Street Aero does not currently offer freight shipping for these products.
Products that cannot be shipped using our available packaging will appear as “Out of Stock” on our website, even though Street Aero may still have the ability to manufacture them.
