Street Aero Return policy is valid for 20 days.
Item must be sealed in its original packaging and unaltered.
Damaged or incomplete items will not be refunded.

Prior authorization is needed via email with reasons and photos of the product.

Refunds incur a 20% restocking fee.

Cancellations within 24 hours for full refund, after which a 20% restocking fee applies. Refunds are held until the complete order is returned. Allow 2-3 business days for refund processing after emailing us.

Please note that all Custom Engraving and Front Splitter sales are final and can not be refunded.

International shipping is available to multiple countries (check our international shipping page for eligibility). If your country is not listed, email us to consider adding it.

Carrier pick-ups for international shipments occur on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

All shipping charges, duties, customs fees, and brokerage fees are calculated and prepaid at checkout, ensuring you won't have to pay upon delivery for your convenience.

DO NOT try to install or use the item if it is damaged.

DO NOT ship the damaged item back to us unless specified by a Street Aero customer service team member.

To file a claim for a shipment that arrives damaged, photo documentation will be required and a physical inspection by the carrier may be needed.

Please keep the box, packing materials, and contents until the claim has been resolved and you receive confirmation from our customer service department.
