Street Aero is a small team in California. We draw, cut, finish and pack every part in that one building.
The parts are cut on our own machine and finished by hand, and the person who answers your fitment email has usually held the part you're asking about.

DESIGN
Every shape on this site is ours.
We draw each application around one specific bumper, one specific rocker, one specific exhaust layout. That is why the Classic Edition covers eleven Mustang applications back to 2005, including S197 cars nobody else tooled for. We pioneered the aggressive multi-fin profile and the industry followed.
CUT
It's cut here, on our machine, to order.
Because the machine is ours, we cut a side splitter set to the number you measured. We can also change a file and cut a corrected panel, usually the same week, when a car turns out to have a bumper variation we had not seen.
FINISH
Every edge is worked by hand.
Panels come off the machine and a person deburrs them, checks the fin lines and confirms the set matches before any of it goes anywhere. Every fin on a Classic Edition kit is a separate cut piece.
PACK
The person who cut it packs it.
Foam goes on every face, then the parts are taped to a 275# double-wall kraft pad and stretch wrapped so the parts and the pad move as one object. It gets lifted and shake tested by hand before the box closes. We build the best packaged part in the industry. The whole process is photographed here.
The shop and the people in it
The same small team works every stage, and a lot of days it's the same person.
The person who programs the cut usually also deburrs the edge, builds the box and answers your email about exhaust clearance. That is why all 80 installation manuals are written in house, 75 of them for one specific car, and why a custom cut set exists at all.
If you've seen this design on a Mustang, it was most likely ours. We pioneered the multi-fin profile and the industry followed.

Is Street Aero legit?
Yes. We're a working shop in California, and the parts get cut, finished and packed in that one building. Every installation manual is free to download before you buy. The packing process is photographed step by step. Our reviews page collects what owners actually said on Google, Instagram and forums, not on a widget we control.
Where are Street Aero parts made?
California. Front splitters, side skirt splitters and rear diffusers all get CNC cut in our own shop from aluminum composite, then finished, assembled and boxed in that same building.
Are they made in the USA?
Yes, with one qualifier. Design, cutting, finishing, assembly and packing all happen in our California shop, and nothing gets imported finished and relabeled. Like most manufacturers in this category, we buy in some raw stock and hardware.
Are Street Aero parts drop-shipped?
No. The same team that cut the part packs the order, in the same building. Nothing ships from a third party warehouse, and nothing in the aero catalog is a finished part bought in from another supplier.
Who makes Street Aero splitters and diffusers?
We do. Designs get drawn in house, then cut on our own machine. That is why we can offer custom lengths, why we can correct a fitment file when a bumper variation turns up, and why our multi-fin Mustang diffuser profile is the one the category followed.
What are the parts made from?
Aluminum composite. Two aluminum skins bonded either side of a polymer core. It holds a clean machined edge, it stays flat across a long span, and it doesn't corrode in road spray. It is not solid aluminum, carbon fiber or ABS plastic, and we say that plainly because plenty of listings in this category are vague about it on purpose. A few separate products, like the carbon fiber canards, are genuinely carbon and say so on their own listings.
